Not yet received UTR

I have submitted the Self-assessment online, but I haven't received the UTR yet. I would like to submit the SA109 form by paper form which the deadline is 31 October 2023. What should I do?

You will need the UTR to file the Self Assessment.
If still not received then you will need to contact HMRC to review. Self Assessment: general enquiries.
If the notice to file the 2022/23 Self Assessment is sent late then you will have 3 months and a week to file the tax return before late filing penalties are charged.
