My wife has submitted an online form of SA1 in order to apply for an UTR no. After submission, no confirm email has been received to confirm the submission of the form. When she logged in to her personal tax account using her gateway ID, no submitted forms have been seen in the "Check progress" page. I would like top ask whether she needs to reapply and resubmitted the SA1 online form again? Many thanks.

Hi wai kei chiu,

If she did not receive the 15 digit Online Tax Registration Service (OTRS) acknowledgement reference then yes I would resubmit.

Hello, we had submitted SA1 form via online to apply for UTR. But we found that we havn't received the confirmation email, don't know is any network problem or not. Now is over the deadline 10/5 to register for UTR, can we rework again to register SA1 form? Please help, thanks!

You can contact our Self Assessment team to see if the UTR has been allocated from your intial submission before registering again.
