Still hasn't received UTR

Hi, I have submitted SA1 form for Self Assessment on 12th of Sep 2023 but still haven't received UTR within 10 days. The 5th Oct 2023 deadline is approaching, can anybody advise me how to check if the application is progressing normally? Many thanks.
