Hi. i am completing my self assessmnet using the online portal. I have made an EIS investment of £20k in the year 2023-24. I declared gains of £118,000 in 2021-22 tax year. Is there a way to claim the deferral relief using this years online return or do I refile my 2021-22 retrun or fill out the paper form on my EIS3 and send this to HMRC analogue? Thanks for any advice

Hi,
Please have a look at the guidance at helpsheet HS341 (HS341 Enterprise Investment Scheme — Income Tax relief (2024)).
Thank you.
