I worked for a company that went into administration March 23. During my time there expenses were paid by the employer in full with private milage deducted.If the figure that was paid is averaged out for any of the months it is below the HRMC figures of 45p/10000 miles and 25p/thereafter(it's normally working out at 17p-19p per mile. Can I claim the tax relief?
