I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue with my two UTR numbers. I have been facing difficulties accessing one of my UTR numbers online, and despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to log in. Over the past year, I have continually received penalty notices associated with this UTR number. I have tried to resolve the issue by reaching out through the online contact form to request the cancellation of these penalties, but I have not yet been successful in having this matter addressed. Additionally, I have mailed letters to the relevant department, but I have not received any response. Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue and advise on the next steps I should take to prevent further penalties from being issued? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it has caused a great deal of confusion and concern. Thank you in advance for your time and support.
