Over the past year, I have continually received penalty notices associated with this UTR number. I have tried to resolve the issue by reaching out through the online contact form to request the cancellation of these penalties, but I have not yet been successful in having this matter addressed. Additionally, I have mailed letters to the relevant department, but I have not received any response.
