Lease Car

hi, i have a lease car rather than salary sacrifice. i can claim expenses but they giving me the HMRC Advisory Fuel Rate and I can only claim for business mileage. I travelled an hour from home back and forth. Am i still able to claim for mileage tax relief? Thanks
