I'm self-employed and using part of my home as an office. I was hoping to claim part of my household rent, council tax, energy and water bills as expenses. I am living with my husband and 2 daughters. However, some of the above mentioned bills were paid by my husband's bank account. Please advice if I can still claim those bills as my business expenses.

Hi
Yes. Your business incurred the expense, so you can claim it.
Please see Expenses if you're self-employed: Overview within the section “if you work from home”.
Thank you
