Hello, i need to view my PAYE Coding Notice (P2) for 6 April 2022 to 5 April 2023, however when i log into my HMRC account i am unable to retrieve the PAYE Coding Notice (P2) for last year or any other years prior to last year. I need to view my PAYE Coding Notice (P2) as there are three questions on my tax return relating to PAYE Coding Notice (P2). Thank you

Yes, I too need the end of year letter from 21-22; and any in year tax code changes for 22-23, but don't have the letters.

Hi John Madden,
You can check your current year tax code via your Personal Tax Account, on gov.uk.
For years prior to 23/24, you can check your code via the P2 notifications issued to you by HMRC.
If you do not have access to your P2 documents, contact us by webchat or phone via Income Tax: general enquiries , and we can advise your further.
Thank you.

Hi, To complete my tax form I am asked to verify that the underpaid tax from a previous year is£0, by checking this against my PAYE Coding Notice. However, I have been sent no such notice; nor can I find a copy of it in the HMRC personal tax website. The link to contact HMRC provided here takes me to a page where the phone number provided is NOT for tax affairs, it says; but the link to the tax line takes me in a loop back to the start. I am therefore unable to contact HMRC to verify the question on my tax return. - Is this the correct number 0300 2000 3300? - Is there a way to view the P2 notice which I have not received in the post? I am reluctant to simply confirm the amount is £0 without seeing the Notice, even though it is no doubt correct. (The P2 seems to relate to a recent change of employer for low income part time work). Thank you.
