UK Tax obligations for non resident partners of UK LLP

We have UK LLP and all partners are non UK resident. LLP made a profit which we declare through LLP tax return. I would like to know will this profit be taxable in the UK at partners level because partners are non uk residents. LLP has mixed revenue profit uk and income. would partners require to file nil uk tax self assessment and declare the income in their country of residence?
