Not sure whether I need to do self-assessment

Dear HMRC admin, I would like to ask whether I should do self-assessment for 2022-2023. I came from Hong Kong, and my BNO Visa was granted on Dec-22. I arrived in the UK on 11-May-2023. My wife and my daughter arrived in the UK on 19-Apr-2023. None of us had residence in the UK, nor worked in the UK before. I sold my apartment in Hong Kong and completed the transaction around Feb-2023, which was before my arrival in the UK. I have not been working in the UK since my arrival. May I know whether I need to do the self-assessment for 22/23? Thank you very much.
