Not receiving the UTR number

Hi, I've submitted self-assessment registration on 25 Sep 2024. But i still cannot receive UTR. number I called the self-assessment number 0300 200 3310 that I said I have not received UTR number. The digital assistant just told me that I could receive the UTR number by 2 Nov 2024. Should I wait until the date 2 Nov 2024? In case I cannot receive UTR number by the date, what should I do?

I’ve submitted my registration for my UTR number on 1st Oct 2024. However, after a month I still have not received it. Then I asked on the webchat on 16th Nov 2024, an HMRC adviser said that they hadn't received my request after checking my NI number and asked me to register once again. Now the question is I already registered the second time on 16th Nov 2024, but I have not received the UTR number till now. I am worried the time gone if I repeat register and wait. What should I do next? Thanks
