Problem with registering self assessment return

Hi, I have submitted an online application for registering the self assessment online and awaiting for the URT number on 1 Oct. However, as no letter has been received yet, I just checked the progress at my Gateway which shows that "I cannot see my submitted forms". In face of this situation, could you suggest what I have to do now?
