how to declare my freelance income

Hi, I'm doing the self assessment 2022/23. Just wondering how should I declare freelance income. I've got freelance work via agency GBP1000 which worked Apr-May 22 for a local company. however, I do not have P45/P60 for that. and I have permanent job from Jun 22 with proper P60 and small business to declare in self assessment 22/23. please can you advice how should I declare my freelance income in self-assessment. thanks
