System generated a business tax account when registering non-self employed self assessment

Hi, After I registered for a non-self employed purpose self assessment, "Business Tax Account" appeared under my personal tax account. May I know if it is normal or is it a mistake or system error? Because I am not self employed nor requesting to have a business tax account. Thanks for your attention.
