Lost Cheque

I sent a cheque to HMRC for tax owed, and it was cased on 6 June 24. I have now been informed by HMRC today 11 September they can find no record of my cheque. Has anyone else had problems with their cheques going missing??

If your payment made is not allocated and the payment has been taken from your account please contact HMRC and we will be able to review this for you to trace and allocate
