Hi, I have difficulties to get the UTR number online, I have registered the gateway ID already but cannot go through the rest of the step online. Can I still submit the SA1 form to complete the whole process again? I am not sure that is okay for a person who have a gateway ID or SA1 form is for the one doesn’t have gateway ID ? Hi

If not able to complete the registration online then yes you can download and submit the paper SA1.
