Have HMRC been on a missingn deleting Gateway Accounts? About 10 guys on my site have logged in only to find a message saying their Gateway Account has been deleted Why is this happening as they i are live accounts some with Refunds still unpaid after waiting months Is there a Cyber Attack or something as now even the sign in page is missing with an error message

I have the same issue!! 2 of my clients personal accounts have been deleted when they are regularly used and we have no idea why!! whats going on?

It says deleted because inactive for three years ! I wish my clients didn’t need to file a return for 3 years. On line say you’ve got to go through the whole registration process again! No help at all .. in fact didn’t even know at first. It’s an error and needs correcting at their end .. but asking all our clients to re register !! Their mistake their correction

Same here, also with a refund pending. Registered again with no issues but can imagine the potential chaos come end of January as people in similar situation find out their accounts are deleted No letter prompting the need to register again either.
