Credit Card and Bank Rewards

Hi Can HMRC please assist: 1. Are credit card points/air miles etc, awarded for credit card spend taxable (this is for personal credit cards). 2. Is travel insurance, car breakdown cover etc provided through a personal current account with a bank taxable (the account charges a monthly fee). Thanks Thanks
