Tax Refund - No Bank Details

Hi, I applied for a tax return online just recently but the page crashed (website closed) and now there is no way of entering my bank details as the button to enter information and claim tax return has disappeared. The page currently says "hmrc are processing your refund" with no bank details. Please help. Thanks.
