Why is Marriage Allowance Apply Online page is not working for over a week now?
It says "Sorry, the service is unavailable.
You will be able to use the service later." https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/marriage-allowance-application/transfer-allowance

Unfortunately the online service is not available at present and we apologise for this.
Please follow the instructions to Apply for Marriage Allowance by post.
