Is Hong Kong Annuity deductible from tax?

Hi, I have purchased an annuity in Hong Kong, and I need to contribute approimately GBP6000 annually in the coming 5 years. May I ask if these annuity contribution (Not income) are tax-deductible? If so, how is the amount and any limitation? Kindly look forward to your revert. thx
