UTR Blocked

Can anyone help me. I’m 23 years old and had a recent career change back into construction. The last time I was self employed was 2019/2020 and still have ongoing issues regarding my UTR. I keep getting told different things from different advisors and still seem to be getting no where. I’ve been told to wait 8 weeks from January and we’re now on April to receive a letter of information about the situation. I’m yet to receive any form of letter or contact and the mental state I’m currently in is not great and need some support. Thanks
