Hi, I filled out a tax relief form for travel as I get partial expenses, I did this in April and the form has said completed. I have no idea what that means, I’ve not received anything through the post, or anything saying it’s been accepted. The online bot for talk to HMRC says there aren’t any agents available to speak about this, the same with a phone call. Any idea where or what I can do to find out what’s going on, or someone to speak with

Hi, Ive tried both phone and online and they both say they don’t have anyone able to talk to me. Do I have to continue trying or is there no one able to deal with there enquiries?
