Hi Sir, Below is my situation I am a self employed man in HK. The job was carried out in UK by WFH when I stay in UK. The job was also carried out in HK office when I stay in HK. I need to travel between UK and HK. My question is Q1: Which section do I need to fill: Self-Employment OR Foreign income types (overseas employment and self-employment) Q2: Do I need to exclude the income from self assessment that earned when the job carried out in HK? Rgds, Yao

Hi,
This will depend on what your actual residence status is and this is for you to determine. see guidance at RDR3 Statutory Residence Test
