Student Loan Repayment Question

In the 2022-23 tax year, I repaid my student loan in full, including £3,165 as deductions through my pay from work. On the question "Did you receive notification from Student Loans Company that repayment of an Income Contingent Student Loan began before 6 April 2023?" do I say yes, and if so, what do I say in the box "If you have answered 'Yes' to the above question please explain why"
