For for 2022 to 2023, I am still getting reminders about balancing payment. I logged in to my account and found the message "You need to pay £x.xx by 31 January 2024." and "You have a balancing payment because you still owe tax for tax year 2022 to 2023". I already paid the due amount in December 2023 and the same is recorded/visible in 'Payment/Credit Received' section. So why do I keep getting reminders and why does the 'Self Assessment Return' page shows the amount as due?

Hi Kallol Manna,
We would need to review your Self Assessment record to see how the payment made has been allocated to your account

Thanks, please let me know what are the details you will need to review the Self Assessment record and how should I provide the information.
