UK and foreign income Tax and PAYE

Next year I'll move to the UK on a worker visa. I will also have foreign income: I work in the UK from home for a foreign company. 1. Should I pay social contributions on the foreign income? 2. If so, does the company need to register in UK for PAYE? 3. Is there other things I need to be aware of in this situation?
