How to add my PAYE tax code to self assessment

I’ve done my tax return, but I think it’s saying I owe too much tax. I had a different tax code for PAYE (higher than average due to EIS refund) and this hasn’t been reflected in my self assessment. How can I add in my different tax code to decrease what I owe in self assessment?
