I am a non-domiciled UK resident and have income from both the UK and overseas. All foreign incomes are unremitted. I intend to claim Remittance Basis for tax year 2023-2024. I would like to confirm if my following understandings are correct: 1. I have to complete SA100 to claim remittance basis and report income from the UK (but not any unremitted foreign income); 2. I also need to complete SA109 boxes 28-40 to declare the unremitted foreign income; 3. I don't need to complete SA106. Thanks and regards, Ada
