Hi. I have set up a payment plan for the 2022-2023 self-assessment tax payment. The first payment was taken from my account via Direct Debit on February 1st. The second payment was due on March 1st. However, I have now received a letter from HMRC stating that my entire tax amount is overdue. When I check my account on the HMRC website, it does not show my payment plan, and when I attempt to set up a payment plan again, it says, "You cannot set up a Self Assessment payment plan online because your payment deadline was over 60 days ago." What can I do now to reinstate my payment plan as it was originally arranged?

That phone number doesn't work, and right now no-one at HMRC is picking up the phone on 0300 123 1813. I have set up a payment plan and the first payment has been taken, but there is no record that I can find of the payment plan (of which I have the reference number), either on HMRC's web site or on the app. I need to check the monthly amount and the date on which it will be taken. Please advise.
