Tax free childcare for Full-time Student Parent

Dear HMRC, My partner is currently enrolled for the government's Tax Free Childcare scheme as they meet the eligibility requirement. However, they may stop working in the next few months as they will become a full-time PGCE student (with the government's bursary), would they still be eligible for the tax free childcare scheme? The bursary would exceed the required income amount for the tax free childcare. Thank you.
