self-assessment for oversea's interest

Hello, I have oversea's bank account which could have small amount of interest approx. £1000. I am not employed in the UK. I landed UK resistance on August 2023 and became resistance on February 2024. So this is my first year as resistance. Do I need to fill the self-assessment SA1? Do I still need the UTR? What option should I fill in SA1 in my case?
