I have been living in UAE for 6 years and working for companies over here. I have requested a transfer out value on my private pension and wish to withdraw all of it to my bank over here as I pay zero tax. I understand that I need to get a document from the government here to prove my residency and tax status then apply to HMRC for a NT tax code before I draw the pension down but I don't know how and which forms I need to fill in and which order I do this in - I'm at the very start of the process and am keen to do this myself. Can anyone please advise?
