Student Loan Stop Notification From HMRC Not Received By Employer

Hi. I paid off my student loan at the beginning of August on the phone with the Student Loan Company. They confirmed that the stop notification was sent to HMRC on 9th August. At the end of August another student loan deduction was taken from my pay so I contacted the Student Loan Company to get that refunded and again they confirmed the stop notification had been sent to HMRC on 9th August but it could take 4 weeks to reach my employer payroll (so around the 6th September). I checked with payroll yesterday and they've still received nothing from HMRC so another deduction will be taken from my pay next week. How do I get this resolved?
