Can't see maximum government when account has £0

Not sure if this is the right forum, but it was the nearest for my question I could see. Regarding Tax free Child Care accounts. It doesn't tell you how much "maximum government top-up" you can still get for the entitlement period if your balance is £0. Why is this and can it be changed please?
