Removal of Middle Name

Hi Via deed poll I have changed my surname and removed my middle name HMRC have updated the change to my surname but have not removed my old middle name I went online to make this amendment however when it comes to editing my middle name the box will not allow me to leave it blank or an option of having no middle name Please can you help? How do I remove a middle name completely? Thank you
