Hi, I have a registered LTD for property investment in UK. My Brother in Kenya is lending me some money for that purpose, which will be deposited into my Kenyan account and moved to the UK. He does clean business. Will this debt be put into account by HMRC for my future taxation concerning the foreign debts that I owe (considering that if I make an income as a UK resident, I am liable to UK taxation). Lastly, Will I be required to do a AML on my brother for this amount he is lending me which will end up as investment in the UK. Thanks
