Hi.
I registered a private ltd about 2023 and started with preparation by paying for web domain, email and marketing on godaddy as there wasn't any income in company's account back then I paid everything from personal card since then.
Now the company started to get small income after 2 years.
Can I claim all expenses with receipts for those company's expenses as reimbursement including those paid over 1 year ago as they were purely for company's website/domain/email services and company's house registration fees.
There was a time restriction stated on gov.uk website about 6 months. But I thought these costs were all strictly business related only paid by personal account due to the reason of no cash flow at company's initial stage.
