Hi, I have a cash isa which I opened this tax year and deposited the annual limit. I want to close this account losing any tax free status of this cash and not receiving any interest as the account has only be open for 3 months. instead I want to open a shares isa and use this years £20k allowance against that account instead. Can I do this?
