Specified Adult Childcare Credits

Trying to complete the CA9176 online the form will not allow me to input my NI keeps jumping out of the middle box to last box without me being able to input all the digits. After reading on this forum the amount of time it is taking for HMRC to complete the forms (66 weeks) I am know wondering if this fault has been instigated. Can anyone give me advice on completing this form can I just print a hard copy and send in to HMRC.

If you could give our National Insurance Helpline (0300 200 3500) a call then they will be able to post the form out to you for you to complete and return.
