Stamp Duty when moving to a house and selling the current house at a later stage

Hello We will be moving to a new house soon and we will sell our current house at a later stage. We will have to pay a higher stamp duty as we will have 2 houses for a period of time, but will we get a refund of stamp duty when we sell the second house? Thanks Regards
