Tax free childcare 100k eligibility limit

Hi, for the purposes of determining eligibility for tax free childcare. For an NHS employee on an NHS pension (taken off gross pre tax) is my ‘adjusted net income’ my gross salary e.g total amount or gross salary minus my employee pension contributions? Many thanks
