Our business is non UK established (we are established in Australia). We submitted our VAT application several weeks ago and were recently informed that the certificate was sent to the principal place of business address listed in the application. However, we have since relocated our principal place of business to a new address and, as a result, are unable to receive the original letter. Could you please advise how I can request for reissue of my VAT Registration Certificate to my new business address?

Hi,
You will need to contact our VAT team who can then issue a VAT 484 form for you to update the address:
VAT: general enquiries
The form will ask you to provide your VAT number but in the absence of this please use the VRS reference you would have received when completing the VAT application.
