VAT on repairs of solar panel systems for over 60's on State Benefits

Please can you advise what the VAT rate is for repairs/maintenance on Solar Panel systems as I believe those over 60 and on certain State Benefits can get VAT reduction on some aspects of Solar Panel Systems. Many thanks

There are specific reliefs for grant funded installations and repair work for renewable energy sysytems.
