Biodiversity Net Gain

Hi, Would you be able to advise on VAT treatment on BNG? We have an agreement with a developer to deliver the Biodiversity Net Gain. Would the amount we receive from the Council who approves the development be subject to 20% VAT? Thanks Regards

Hello that paragraph states that work is underway to provide guidance and that VAT is payable on the Sale of the units.
This is currently the most up to date guidance.
