EE Invoices

We have a business contract with EE and pay their invoices each month via direct debit. The link to the invoice does not always work and after looking at other comments, other businesses are finding it difficult too. We have tried to contact EE and tried following the mobius loop that is their online help, but we are still missing our VAT invoices. Surely, EE's business customers have a right to receive their VAT invoices. I assume HMRC would expect VAT for a VAT inspection?
