business turnover

Justeat charge customer service charge and all service charge is paid to Justeat. When justeat charge the commission is the percentage of gross value, the service charge is not included this gross sale value figure. so shall we need include the service charge in business turnover or just gross sale value which justeat use to calculate commission ?
