Hi Team, We are experiencing an issue, when we would like to access the duty deferment electronic statement service. After the login, when we would like to click on "Duty Deferment Electronic Statement (DDES) Service" to download the statements, it logs us out and redirects to the login page again. Do you know the reason for this? How could we resolve it? Regards, Csilla

Hi Csilla Are you sure you are using the correct login page ? DDES was the system used for CHIEF declarations . Now import declarations are almost all completed using CDS you need to use the link for declarations made using CDS link. If you use the Customs Declaration Service You can use this service to view, print or download your statements for the declarations you made using the Customs Declaration Service.

Hi, We are using the CDS and still the CHIEF system generated duty deferment statements as well. We can login to the CDS system, however can't access the CHIEF system DDS, which we are still using for several entities, because it contains data. After logging in, when we try to download the documents the system just drops us back to the login page without any error message. Can you please help us, how to resolve this issue? Because it affects several entities. Thank you.
